Process

The Lithuanian Throwdown 2017 Qualifier consists of two online events which are one completed in 4 days.

On the 11th of September, we will release the first workout of the qualifiers. You will have 4 days to complete them and submit your scores via our scoring platform.

On the 18th of September, we will release second workout of the qualifiers and you will have 4 days to complete them and submit your scores via our scoring platform.

If you wish to compete in the main event, you must upload a video link along with each of your workout score submission whether you train in an affiliate or not. We will review each of the 50 first finishers of each workout in each category.

Top 30 athletes of MEN Class and TOP 16 of Women Class will go to the final.

The final will take place in Vilnius on 14 & 15 of October.

Early Bird: 20,00 €

Last week: 25,00 €

Important dates & Information

The online qualifiers will run from 11th of September – 21th of September 2017:

Workout 1: 11.09.2017 – 14.09.2017

Workout 2: 18.09.2017 – 21.09.2017

Each week for two weeks one workout will be released on the Monday of each week at 07:00 (UTC+02:00). Athletes have until the Thursday 22:00 (UTC+02:00) each week to submit their scores for the respective workout.

WOD 1 will be released at 07:00 (UTC+02:00) on Monday 11th of September. Athletes will have until Thursday 14th  of September at 22:00 (UTC+02:00) to submit their scores and videos.

WOD 2 will be released at 07:00 (UTC+02:00)  on Monday 18th of September. Athletes will have until Thursday 21st of September at 22:00 (UTC+02:00) to submit their scores and videos.

The Lithuanian Throwdown leaderboard will be live throughout the qualifier and will be updated as scores are submitted. Depending on their placing for each workout athletes will be awarded points. At the end of the qualifiers athletes will receive an overall ranking.

Qualifying athletes will receive an email inviting them to compete at the finals; this will be sent out on Sunday 24th of September and athletes will have 2 days until  26th of September at 22:00 (UTC+02:00) to accept their place and purchase their competitor ticket. Those who do not do so will forfeit their place at the finals and the place will be offered to the next athlete in line.

Second round offers will be sent out on Thursday 27th of September and those athletes will then have 3 days until  30th of September at 22:00 (UTC+02:00) to accept their place and purchase their competitor ticket.

THE FINALS

The Lithuanian Throwdown Finals will take place on the 14th & 15th of October 2017 at exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, Vilnius
