Top 30 athletes of MEN Class and TOP 16 of Women Class will go to the final.

You have been practicing CrossFit regularly for one or several years.

MEN Class

You should be able to do:

-5 Bar Muscle Ups

-10 Pistols (Bodyweight)

-Clean and Jerk 0.7x bodyweight

-Snatch 0.6x bodyweight

WOMEN Class

You should be able to do:

– 5 Pull Ups

-10 Push ups

-Clean and Jerk 0.6x bodyweight

-Snatch 0.4x bodyweight

– 10 Pistols (Bodyweight)
